The Hole Dwellers, otherwise known as 'The Children of Tartarus' is a cult spread across the galaxy, taking refuge deep underground of nearly every planet.
Tartarus turns anyone who stays in it for a year straight into a Clot. Spending 6 months renders you completely insane, but those who last 6 more are clottified, and claim to have an 'elevated' form of sanity.Â
They're not very well known to the wide public, and they mostly keep to themselves. The Combine has an agreement to kill any clot on sight, due to their unnatural strengths and abilities, and to keep them hidden from the Public.
